Apartment “Lavanda” - 2 sleeps - 1 bathroom

High season (July, August, Easter)	€ 500,00 per week
June and September	€ 425,00 per week

Apartments “Mimosa” - 2 sleeps - 1 bathroom

Services included:
Gas, electricity, hot water, swimming pool, use of comunal areas, bed linens, bath towel, hand towel, bidet towel.
Services not included:
Use of washing machine € 3,00 each load.
For stays of less than 5 days, high season rates apply.
In each apartment an extra bed can be added at the extra cost of € 50,00 per week or € 10,00 per night.
During the cold season heating costs € 10,00 per day for the apartments “Torre”, “Ulivo””Mandorlo”, “Cipresso” “Ginestra” and € 7,00 per day for “Pino”, ”Lavanda” e “Mimosa”.
At the time of booking a 25% deposit is required, the final payment being due on arrival.
